LATCHIS HOTEL: An older Art Deco place which could use some sprucing up. It feels like a Jim Jarmush set to me. Some people absolutely love it and others don't. In Downtown Brattleboro, it features a three screen movie theater which shows remarkably currently films with a decidedly quality edge to them and a very good restaurant downstairs called Lucca.
